Contributions made through our sponsorship page at qorven.ai/sponsor are entirely voluntary. They are financial contributions made to support the ongoing development of open-source software and carry no entitlement to any product, service, feature, support commitment, or refund, except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This website and the Qorven software are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the software is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tekky AI Academy LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website or the Qorven software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of voluntary sponsorship shall not exceed the amount you actually paid.
Payment processing for voluntary sponsorships is handled by third-party providers (Razorpay, Ko-fi, PayPal). Their respective terms of service and privacy policies apply to transactions processed through their platforms. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
