Common Questions

Is self-hosted really free with no limits?

Yes. Every feature, unlimited agents, unlimited channels, unlimited users. Licensed under Elastic License 2.0 — free to use, modify, and self-host. The only restriction is offering it as a managed service to third parties.

What are the server requirements?

2 vCPU, 2 GB RAM minimum. PostgreSQL 15+ with pgvector. Ubuntu, Debian, RHEL, macOS, or Windows. The one-line installer handles all dependencies.

What LLM providers are supported?

Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Groq, Ollama (local), and any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. The AI Gateway routes through all of them with failover and budget controls.

Can I run it without internet access?

Yes. Connect Ollama or LlamaSwap for local models. The platform itself makes no outbound calls to Qorven or any external service. Fully air-gapped deployments are supported.

What about data privacy?

Everything runs on your server. Zero data sent to Qorven. Zero telemetry. The only external calls are to LLM providers and integrations you explicitly configure.
