This Privacy Policy describes how Tekky AI Academy LLP ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit qorven.ai or make a voluntary sponsorship contribution. We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with applicable privacy laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

1. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

Sponsorship transactions: Name, email address, and payment information processed by our payment providers (Razorpay, Ko-fi, PayPal). We do not store payment card details — these are handled entirely by the payment processor.
Contact enquiries: Name and email address when you contact us at legal@qorven.ai.

Information collected automatically

Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer, and time of visit collected via server logs and analytics.
Cookies: We use minimal session cookies necessary for site functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Qorven software (self-hosted)

The Qorven software runs entirely on your own server. We have no access to any data you process through your Qorven installation. Your agent conversations, memories, files, and API keys never leave your machine.

To process voluntary sponsorship contributions and send receipts
To respond to contact and support enquiries
To understand how visitors use the website and improve it
To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Payment processors

Payments are processed by:

Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. — for Indian supporters. Their privacy policy is at razorpay.com/privacy.
Ko-fi Labs Ltd. and PayPal Holdings, Inc. — for international supporters. Their respective privacy policies apply.

We receive only a confirmation of payment and your name/email from these processors. We do not receive or store card numbers, bank account numbers, or UPI IDs.

4. Data retention

Sponsorship records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations
Contact enquiry emails are retained for 2 years
Website analytics data is retained for 12 months

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, email legal@qorven.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.
